There are no returns on Upholstered Items as well as millwork or cabinet pieces as most of our items are made to order, however , if any piece arrives damaged we will be glad to exchange it or repair it. There are only returns on damaged accessories and these must arrive back to us 10 natural days after the original shipping date , when we will review each item and respond to our buyer as soon as possible.
No refunds , only in store credit. International orders, all sales are final.
